LOOK INFO
[Jesus said]: "I am the light of the world." (John 9:5) LOOK experiences center us on seeing what God has done for us in Christ, and how that changes our lens for the world around us and for eternity. LOOK includes a variety of hands-on learning opportunities. Each group attends the LOOK track on the following days: Group A: Sunday + Group B: Tuesday + Group C: Monday LOOK: The Spectacle
For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks at the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. (John 6:40) For it seems to me that God has put us apostles on display at the end of the procession, like men condemned to die in the arena. We have been made a spectacle to the whole universe, to angels as well as to men. (1 Corinthians 4:9)
In LOOK: The Spectacle you can explore and define your relationships. You get a chance to subvert or undermine expectations—to make a positive spectacle or display of what it means to be a Lutheran in today’s society. Activities are divided into three sections: LOOK into Yourself, LOOK into the Community, and LOOK into the World.
